Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

Key terms used throughout this agreement and their precise meanings.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting one gender include all genders.

References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. References to "applicable law" mean the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction applicable to the Player's use of the Platform. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Who is permitted to use the tk1972 platform and the strict age requirements that apply.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on tk1972, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains open:

1. You are at least 18 years of age or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tk1972 or any of its affiliated game providers.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether through a self-exclusion request or an administrative closure imposed by tk1972.
6. You are acting in your own name and are the sole beneficial owner of funds deposited into your Account. No third-party funding arrangements are permitted.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

How to open an account, what information we require, and our KYC verification process.

To access the real-money features of the tk1972 platform, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point (including during KYC verification) is true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes an immediate material breach of these Terms. tk1972 reserves the right to close any Account opened using inaccurate information and to withhold associated balances pending investigation.

3.2 — KYC Identity Verification

All Accounts are subject to our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. We may also trigger KYC at earlier stages — for example, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold or if our risk systems flag an Account for review. Accepted KYC documents include:

1. Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — current and government-issued.
2. Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your registered name and residential address.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name.

3.3 — Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. tk1972 will treat all activity conducted using your credentials as authorised by you. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Transaction rules, processing times, minimum amounts, and payment method requirements.

4.1 — Deposits

tk1972 accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by the Platform, although individual payment provider limits may apply. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 — Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST are processed by 10:00 AM BST the following morning.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. tk1972 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, regardless of whether prior KYC has been completed, if our risk management systems identify unusual activity.

4.3 — Chargebacks & Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a tk1972 deposit through your payment provider without first contacting tk1972 support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, tk1972 reserves the right to suspend your Account, forfeit any winnings derived from the disputed funds, and pursue recovery of any losses incurred as a result of the chargeback.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

How welcome bonuses, reload offers, and promotional credits work at tk1972.

tk1972 operates an active promotions calendar that includes a welcome bonus for new players, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional, promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

5.1 — Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds awarded by tk1972 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money winnings. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Where not otherwise specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account.

5.2 — Bonus Eligibility Rules

1. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
2. Players who have previously self-excluded, had accounts suspended, or breached these Terms are not eligible for any promotional offer.
3. Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
4. tk1972 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse.
5. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are stated on the promotions page.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

tk1972 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk balanced betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games. Where bonus abuse is detected, tk1972 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void winnings derived from those funds, and permanently close the Account involved.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

How bets are placed, settled, and disputed across sports betting and casino game categories.

By placing a bet or wager on the tk1972 platform, you accept the applicable game or event rules as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating.

6.1 — Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on tk1972 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, and other sports — are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was accepted. tk1972 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where technical errors affected the odds at the time of placement.

6.2 — Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are determined by those providers' certified systems and are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, bets already placed before the disconnection are settled according to the game outcome as recorded by the provider's system. tk1972 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 — Slots & RNG Games

Slot and random number generator (RNG) games are provided by certified suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All game results are determined by independently audited RNG systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

Actions that are strictly forbidden on the Platform and the consequences of violation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1972 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

1. Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity documents, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
2. Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of crime. tk1972 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reports suspicious activity as required.
3. Match fixing & insider betting: Placing bets with the benefit of material non-public information, or in connection with any arrangement to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multi-player game format.
5. Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, data scraping tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform's systems or other players.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith, or in circumstances not covered by a genuine payment error.
7. Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, whether for betting, bonus claiming, or any other purpose.
8. Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, directly or through a third party.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Circumstances under which your Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

8.1 — Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting tk1972 support via live chat or email. Before processing a voluntary closure, we will confirm your identity and ensure any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Your Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 3–5 business days.

8.2 — Administrative Suspension

tk1972 reserves the right to suspend your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

1. Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
3. Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your Account.
4. Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or formal dispute from your payment provider.
5. A legal hold, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

During an administrative suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. tk1972 will notify you by email of the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it, unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

8.3 — Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period your Account is fully suspended. Requests to shorten or reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as set out on our Responsible Gaming page.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

The extent of tk1972's legal responsibility to Players under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1972 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information contained within it. Without limiting the foregoing, tk1972 is not liable for:

1. Gambling losses incurred through participation in any game, event, or betting market on the Platform.
2. Loss of data, Account access, or Account balance resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond tk1972's reasonable control.
3. Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party provider systems, provided tk1972 takes reasonable steps to rectify any confirmed error promptly.
4. Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
5. Any reliance on bonus terms, promotional materials, or game information that has since been updated or corrected.
6. Consequences arising from your own breach of these Terms, including Account closure or balance forfeiture.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

How and when tk1972 may update this agreement, and what that means for you.

tk1972 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be necessary to reflect changes in applicable law, updates to our product offering, changes to our payment processing arrangements, or improvements to the clarity and precision of the existing provisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms, tk1972 will provide notice by one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed upon your next login to the Platform, an email to the address registered on your Account, or a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk1972 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
